HABITAT FOR
HUMANITY OF THE GREATER HARRISBURG AREA NAMES Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Harrisburg Area has
named Eve Gurian-Wachhaus as its new executive director. Eve will assume the
role as leader of Habitat’s day-to-day operations, overseeing Habitat’s mission
of eliminating poverty housing through construction, rehabilitation and repair
of housing in the Harrisburg Area.
NEW HOMES FOR FAMILIES
Union Privilege is sponsoring a house for the Cobb Family at 41 North 16th
Street. Central Labor Council and local trade unions
are sponsoring a home to be built at 10 South 18th Street for the
Moore Family. Artist Build and Lawrence L. and Julia
A. Hoverter Charitable Foundation are sponsoring a home at 116 Balm Street for
the Powell Family. |
