On Saturday, August 18th, Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Harrisburg Area came together to celebrate the Harrisburg ReStore’s 5th Anniversary. It was a day that brought people together for a family oriented, fun atmosphere. There were games for kids, dunk tanks, food trucks and more. We had a building competition between Home Depot, Harrisburg Young Professionals, and Anderson Pro Painting Company to see who could make the best tiny house. These tiny houses are now up for a silent auction! It felt like a great sense of community and we hope to keep it growing in the future!
